Back to School-Your Immune Boosting Plan

Now is the time to create an immune boosting plan for back to school.

As the kiddos return to school they may be accompanied by excitement and stress. Not to mention being back inside, which increases the potential to catch a little something from a classmate.

Be mindful of bedtime, as children need a lot of sleep. Try to make sure you stick to a proper bedtime, and totally limit any kind of screen time an hour before bed. This will give your child’s eyes and brain time to relax.
