- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight in water)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- Drain the cashews (discard the water).
- In a blender, add the cashews and all of the other ingredients.
- If needed, add more almond milk until desired consistency.
- Pour into a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
