  1. This is a great post to implement the impeccable diet changes. Yes I crave a lot for sweets and I do not understand why. Now the cravings are not very high because I started using pure hemp oil ( for anxiety and this helped me a lot but whenever my mood is low or I feel anxious I get these cravings. I have put on weight because of this and need a proper diet plan now. I would love to check out your whole food cooking programs and the body detox plans too.

  2. This post has helped a lot in understanding how diet can affect one’s health. I have had a sleep and anxiety issue for a long time now and recently I started taking the CB2 oil for sleep ( and it has terpenes which boost my immune system and helps me focus. I can sleep and relax. It also promotes calmness. I am taking the CB2 activate from Nutura which is doing commendable things in my body. It has been two months now since I am taking it and now stress as well as muscle soreness is not giving me so much trouble but making proper changes to the diet are equally important. I will take the advice of the nutritionist to make the changes in my lifestyle.
